this is my first post.. i'll get around to pics of my car and a proper introduction asap but for the moment, time is of the essence, and i need to get parts ordered tonight. i'm not new to mitsubishi's.. i owned a 96 eclipse gsx.. before that i owned a couple nissan maxima's, a 240sx, an integra, and finally my mr2 which i just sold. I recently purchased an 04 lancer es. black. low miles. to be my daily driver. However i found a good deal on a little honda, so instead the lancer has become my new project car.

i have a few mods that i know for sure will be going on..
black housed double halo projection headlights with 8000k hid ice blue bulbs
tein s-tech springs.. a little cutting and it should level out to about 2 inches all around..
17 inch tenzo wheels black with a chrome lip rapped in toyo's..
the bronze pin stripe on the car will be replaced with a silver one.
tinted windows
the clear part of my tail lights smoked
injen cold air intake
custom exhaust.

those are usually the basics for me.. then i'll begin to build from there. I really would like a carbon fiber hood.. but the only hood im interested in is the double vented hood from the evo 9. IMO they're pure sex. However, the research i've done still leaves me with an inconclusive answer as to whether its a direct swap or requires, slight, or heavy modification to fit. Im just wondering if anyone knows the answer, or an alternate route. My attempts to find another hood similar to have it have been to no avail. Any help at this point would be appreciated as my order will go in tomorrow..

actually.. idk if its the evo 9 stock hood.. i keep finding different images.. so these pics may help.. im looking for something along these lines..

I too am wondering the about something along these lines but I want to put an 03 Evo front end (As in hood, bumper, fenders and lights.) on my 04 Ralliart which has the same front end as a Lancer. Possible? Direct swap or a pain in the ass?
