Hello Guys,
The light has gone on my Carisma 1.6 equippe centre console, how do you remove it please?
I see a large screw on the passenger side but don't really want to start taking my dash apart unless i really have to!
Cheers
Darrel

hi

i'm not 100% sure about your carisma, (its alot newer than mine)

best bet would be to get a workshop manual off ebay n the like

got one for my 97 carisma and its been godsend,

the dashs are clipped and screwed in you'll have to be really careful not to damage clips

best of luck!!!

Sorry I can't help with the specific problem you mention, but concerning manuals you should look out for the Peter Russek Carisma manual. It's not sold very widely but you should get one somewhere on the net, and it will cover your car.

It doesn't cover much if any of the interior/bodywork etc but does the major mechanical stuff reasonably enough.

For any other DiD drivers out there it doesn't specifically cover the later common rail diesel sorry (i.e the F9Q engine) only the earlier diesel (F8Q).

Best of luck with your problem!
