if you have the same GDI version i have then yes it does have a slave cylinder, not too long ago i changed mine. i forgot to check the clutch fluid level and it droped too low then it sucked air into the system and then it formed a sort of foam.
I just happened to have a spare lying round so i took mine off and put the new one on after flushing out the pipes with fresh fluid. i didnt need to change it, i jsut couldnt be bothered cleaning it. i thinki still have it you know, it's a little blue thing on the top, front of the gear box, i think it's kinda hidden under the battery holder if i remember correctly. the blue paint does come off so yours might be rusty by now, it'll have one brake pipe looking thing going to it and a rubber gater on the end. It only took me 20 minutes to change it with the help of a friend.
Just had a look... i cant find my old one, i must have binned it, could only find a master cylinder. but if it is your slave cylinder just take it off, pull it apart and change the O-ring on the piston. it's a little more complicated than i make it sound because you have to drain the clutch fluid first, which is messy and will strip the paint off your car if you spill any on the bodywork. you also have to manually pull the clutch arm back the get the cylinder back on, i used a large spanner and a long bar. and then you have to bleed the system through which needs at least 2 people. but then, this all depends on if you can find the right sized O-ring.
PM me if you would like some pictures or a 'how to' on how to drain the system or bleed it through again.
