What is the difference with a fuel pressure regulator and a rising rate regulator? Don't really need it but pays to be safe with it in place only thing is what's the difference and is a rising rate more benefical with 12psi boost?

Can you fine tune the RISING RATE REGULATOR? That would be the first thing I'd look for.
