i bought a 2003 lancer es from a dealer ship and just found out that when i was going to tint my windows that my car has been in a wreck. Cause there are bumps on the window they said it was sparks from welding and the back if look at it there is some things that are off like the lights and the trunk. But when i bought they gave me a written statement that said that it hasnt been in a wreck. they said the only way that i can tint them is getting a whole new back windsheild. What legal actions should i do or do i have a case or chance of getting something for it like money or a new car by taking them to court because i want to sue them

if u bought it used YOU will not win for one. only because the person who traded it in lied and good luck finding them. or 2 if its new when it was bought you have less then 25% of winning and have to prove that they lied to you, and how much or how badly it was damaged
