just sold my 17x8 rims as they scrubbed on my 98 mirage, has stock height suspension and stock shocks, and i dont want to roll the guards. ive seen a mirage around here on the central coast with 18s on it, im wondering would 18x7 or 18x7.5 fit using 195/40 80 fit without needing to modify the guards. The reason im steering away from modding the guards is the cars in perfect nick and the last car i seen that had its guards rolled looked dodgey ie cracked paint.

any feedback would be greatly appreciated. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/liebe011.gif)

when you roll the fender you should use a heat gun so the paint won't crack and chip, i don't know about 18's, i know 17's look like 20's on my 3g.
