hi guys, how hard it is to replace the rear power steering lines on top of the rear end on the 4WS ? being a 92, i know a few VR4 and R/T has the same problem, the lines just rustted out and leaks, looks like i will have to lower the rear end down by take the 3 bolts of the big bracket that holds the rear end up, that will give me more room to get to the lines right ?

You will need to drop the rear subframe which is next to impossible to do without a lift. There are 6 bolts/nuts you will have to take off to drop the rear subframe along with the exhaust.

thanx guys, yeah i lowered the rear subframe down by taking the 4 big nuts out, let the rear end hanging there, i got tons of room in there, the pressure hose was busted, but all 6 other ones are rotted out really bad, so i found one whole assembly on ebay that came with everything for $70, no rust on it at all, look almost new, up in the northeast here, we got alot of snow, road salt makes the under body rusty, i ended up use the torch cut of a few bolts, drop the new one in, took about 3hr for a first timer, next time will be alot faster, but with this one hopefully will last a while.
Best regards every one
