The fact of it is, its hard to get a tire that will do great in all conditions, you're going to compromise on either the performance or traction in wet conditions.
No tire manufacturer can make an all season tire, especially a 215/45 that will be worth anything in snow. It can not be done. I drove my wife's car on days it snowed last year because the stock Dunlops are suicide on snow. It took me only one time in 1 inch of snow to find that out. I am getting 205/60R16's and plain steel rims for the winter. That is the size that is closest to stock. Hancock, Michelin, Good year all make a good dedicated snow. The deciding factor is the final price I can get them at. They all rate about the same.
