Hi guys, wondering if anyone could help me.......
I drive a 1992 MWB L300 with the 2.4 efi motor.... Driving in traffic the other day, the van suddenly stopped... just like I turned the key off.... At first thought it was fuel, was running low, then thought spark.... Checked the obvious, put fuel in and have purchased a new coil( theiving spare parts guys $100 for a coil!!!) but so far it still isn't going... going to try another computer today and see what happens... Has any one else got any ideas... Would love to hear them....

Sorted this yet??

If not sounds like a wiring issue, the early EFI L300's are prone to it, mine did the same thing a few months back, turns out to be a dodgy part of the wiring that i disturbed. Had to pull it all to bits.

have you checked to ensure your fuel pump is working and fuel is getting to the rail? maybe go over your earths, relays and fuses to ensure you r getting power when and where you need it? also try air flow meter, dont know if its any help havnt had alot of experience with mitsi's but have played with alot of other cars, try the fuel pump first, goodluck
