I entered my Lancer GTS in a local car show this weekend. It's a pretty big one in the area. I was in the foreign modified class. There were all scion tc's and xb's, one nissan altima, and my mitsu lancer.

I took third place. A scion tc took second, and the nissan altima took first.
For my first show with the lancer, I was happy with third.

Favorite parts of my car seemed to be the painted white engine covers and the hks exhaust. People really liked them.
I'm hoping to enter a few more this summer. It was a lot of fun.

Thanks guys.

The lettering on the hood is my first name in Japanese Kanji.
Kanji uses pictograms to describe a word rather than using traditional Japanese letters/words.

Thanks. People really loved the lancer, I got lots of people checking her out, even people who had no clue what kind of car it was.
Good luck in your show.

First name is Phil, the kanji describes that name. From what I gather the kanji reads: to make complete or to make full (which equals Fill or Phil). I ordered it off a website that does kanji graphics.

That is great! Definitely great that with all those TCs, you didn't let another one slip into the Top 3. They look nice, but the inside is terribly constructed and cheap.

Great job, Phil!
