Well, the silver facia is rediculously easy to pull out. However, once I removed the 4 screws, the radio would still not pull out. It seems like the wiring harness is preventing me from pulling out the radio (there is like this black guard that fits onto the large white plug) that will not allow the wiring harness to be pulled through. How can I do this?

Thanks again

Funny....sorry had to laugh, I did the same thing the first time I removed on. On the top left of the radio look to the back inside the dash or ip. ou will note a 10 mm bolt on a bracket which holds the radio in. Simply removing the screws won't get it. you need an extension to get to it, or.... you can unscrew the center display on the dash, and get right to the bolt. When I change out defective units at the plant, I always remove the dash dispay, mush easier to get the radio out. When it is out you must use a small...tiny slotted screwdriver to help remove the 2 plugs for the radio harness, takes a little practice to get it but not to bad
