Hi everyone im new to the forum and ive invested in a 1994 fto gr, needs a little work as its been standing in a warehouse so the back brakes are none exsistant and the exhaust is in very much need of a replacement (complete system) ive sourced a gpx but the answer i need desperatly is WILL THE EXHAUST SYSTEM OFF A GPX FIT STRAIGHT ONTO A GR? they are both jap imports and i think the same year also, need to know as i will be taking it off later, many many thanks

Yu should have no issue fitting the exhaust system. Preferabbly if the GPX is 94-95 . The GPX uses a different rear muffler and catalytic converter tho they are the same dimensions as the GR. Also a 1992-1995 Mitsubishi Galant with a 6A12 SOCH 24v 6G73 SOCH or 6A12 DOCH non turbo the frunt downpipe to the catalytic converter will also fit (altho im not sure yu have those models)

thanks very much, that has helped me a great deal, will get on with fixing tomorrow, many thanks again, oh i see you got a vr-4, a good friend of mine has just picked one up today, i had no idea they were such beasts, really good fun, many thanks again

hope everythin goes well. Yeah ive had the Galant VR4 for quite sumtime now. Ive had it for 14 years , was my first car . My uncle was the original owner.
