I am about to buy a new colt CZ2 1.3 3door 2009. I just had a few questions about it.

1. It says it has keyless entry. What does that actually mean? Is it just there way of saying remote central locking or are there no keyholes on the doors to open it with the keys?

2. Are there any problems that people have found with the 1.3 engine/gearbox etc?

3. Is it easy to change the head unit to a different aftermarket one and does this disable any of the features?

4. Any other general info about the car.

Thankyou for taking the time to read this and hopefully it'll give me some useful information :-)

Thanks a lot mate. I actually have the colt now and it is a great little car and quite powerful for a 1.3 as well.

Just a little quirk I've discovered with my CZ2 and don't know if its a problem or not so wondering if its the same with your fathers. When the engines warm if you press the accerator and then release while the cars in neutral then the revs drop to below the normal idle revs. Does this also happen in your fathers car?
I don't know if its normal for the car.

Thanks mate thats what I thought just wanted to make sure it wern't only my car that was doing it.

One final question I've got is did you get a code for the immobiliser key incase you needed to get a replacement key? The dealer said that they don't need these any more and only need the number plate but I don't know how true this is?

yeah dealer only need reg no. as immobisler code is associated with the key.. so on mitsibishi database will then have details about immobiliser.. this is normal..
