I have a '94 magna and ive been having trouble with it. ive narrowed it down to the fuel pump, and allthough i think ive found it, it seems that im going to have to take the whole petty tank out to get to it. Does this sound right, or has anybody else got another way? This seems unusually compliicated for such a simple task. I am not a novice, but ive never worked on a magna before, and i just wanna get it right before i create more work for myself then i need to. There is not panal in the boot or under back seat that i can find. Any help on this topic would be muchly appreciated. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/liebe011.gif)

the fuel pump is in the tank you get to from under the car

the fuel level has to below the pump ( say 1/4 of a tank before removal)

the tank does not have to come out
