Wutu year is it. Are yu sure it has a no fuel issue? how did yu check for ignition spark? The ECU can be suspect. Or fuel injection relay , a multi relay that controls the fuel pump and injectors

the year of my car is a 1994,took spark plugs out of the front bank took coil pack out put plugs back in to coil pack and sat all 3 ontop of the intake so i could see them sparking from inside the car.there is no fuel coming out of the injectors so i followed the problem back to the fuel filter, took fuel filter off tried starting the car again no petrol was coming out so replaced pump, tried starting the car again no petrol coming out of the pipes.i have an aftermarket car alarm which is a clifford g5650 mark 2,i think this could be the cuprit because i've changed everything else.

NO , the aftermarket alarm will juss cut power to the starter. Thats wut most do. Could be the MPFI relay for the fuel pump and injectors. This will cause the fuel pump not to operate. Did yu try priming it and seeing wut happened? Starter fluid etc. Well that will see if it starts. But a non operative fuel system will be the FP or MPFI fuse and or relay. Did yu check for voltage at the fuel pump?

Yes , when yu initially turn the ignition switch on , there should be about 3 seconds of continuity at the fuel pump. When cranking there will be continuous voltage. If not present , yu will have to check the other systems that help to operate the fuel pump and prime up. These should be easy things to check with a test light .
