I did a search and this question has not been answered. I have yet to change my windshield washer fluid cause it has not run out yet but does anyone know what type it is or it varies dealer by dealer. If it is official mitsubishi fluid does the dealer sell. Also for those of use like myself that just bought our cars does anyone know the temperture ranges on the the washer fluid. Sorry if this is in the wrong section its not interior or exterior and its not performence.

Since were talking about fluids
What brand oil is in our cars? Mitsubishi brand lol? or varies dealer by dealer? And is it synthetic?

The manual states nothing on this although power steering fluid, braking fluid, and coolant are all listed in the manual its only windshield washer that are not listed as a type

as far as i know i havent seen a mitsu brand washer fluid....

if u live in a area that gets below freezing...i would use straight washer fluid ..doesnt really matter brand wise...

the first oil that comes in the car is the same...after its whatever brand your dealer uses...i use castrol syntec in mine..
its synthetic if its an evo or ralliart...
u can switch to synthetic if u like tho

I use whatever washer fluid happens to be on sale at the time at my local Canadian Tire.. Up in Canada, all our washer fluids are compliant with temperatures to -40 degrees Celsius.. unless you get the summer seasonal ones.

As for the oil, i'm sure it's some sort of bulk oil that the service department is able to get. Not sure if it's dino or synthetic, there have been many debates about that.. All I know is that the weight of the oil must be SAE 5W-20..

Regards.
