Hello,

Is it true that the whole engine has to come out of the car in order to replace the engine mounts?

Just would like to know if i can do this myself or do i need some specialise chain pulley thing (take to mechanic)

engine mounts are done with the motor in
one at a time
the front and rear mounts break most often

you need a good metric socket set , spanners
car stands
a floor jack that can support the motor
while you are changing the mounts
