I have a 03 lancer oz rally, I'm not sure what oil to use being this is my first Mitsubishi car. In the past I have used Mobil 1 with my civic. Also do you recommend 5w30 or 10w30? it has about 84,000 mileage. Much help is appreciated.

You should be using the OEM recommended oil. I personally use Valvoline Syntech in all my vehicles. It's a much more pure synthetic stock than you'll find in cheaper oils such as Pennzoil or Castrol. I would imagine that it would call for 5W-30.
