My HVAC control only works on high. Does anyone know if there is a relay that controls this?

Drives: 2007 OUTLANDER ES with the v6 and the 6 speed(no flappy paddles),2001 kia rio,1979 chevy k20 stepside
in the lancer it was in the airbox near the fan motor usually on top behind the glove box
