Hi Guys,

I have a 96 Mirage hatch and the central locking isn't working. I checked all the fuses in the main fuse box below the steering wheel and all the fuses seem fine. I assume there is a relay involved to unlock the passenger door but I can't locate it or even know what it would look like. I have looked at the diagrams on offer and it all looks like hieroglyphics to me.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you may bring.

Gareth

did yu check the fuse pane under the bonnet? Anyway the most integral part of the central locking is the drivers side door lock module. If there is an issue with the key position switch or the door lock actuator or door locking switch module on the drivers side door can cause the system to be inoperation

Thanks for the reply,

Yeah I've checked the fuse box under the bonnet and couldn't find any blown fuses. When i get a chance i'll pull apart the drivers door and have a look.

Cheers
