Its not really hard. If yu are mechanically inclined. Im taking yur engine is a 4G63 DOCH. The one main difference is that the pistons are different . The reasons the pistons are different , is that the 4G63 Turbo has dished pistons to lower the engines compressions , they use the came connecting rods tho. Yu can get a thicker head gasket (many companies make them) to lower the engines compression . Yu will need lower engine compression to be able to use the forced air induction of the turbo.

Then after that yu can cource all of yur turbo components as in frum a Turbo Galant or similar Mitsubishi model.

ok thanks about this info. but where can i buy it online exept on ebay, isint there any website where you can buy the pistons and also better cooling system intake manifold turbine better breaks and suspension and all other things that i would need. the reason is becouse the 4g63t car is rather rare here in iceland and also the spare parts i would need to do it is pretty hard to come over .

wut do yu want. many things between the 2 are shared beside the turbo system. ALto yu will need , or have to make sure yu have an F4A31 or F4A33 , F5M31 or F5M33 transmission to deal with the extra torque. Unlike mine which is a Galant VR4 MR the regular VR4 had an cooling fan mounted in frunt the air conditioning condenser where the turbo is and the other fan on the radiator.

The drive train and brakes are pretty much set up all ready and yu do not need to change the disc brake system. It also uses the same radiator. Yu can get an aftermarket one which will offer better cooling (slightly larger). Definatly betetr engine mounts and transmission mounts .

Most of the drivetrain on the non turbo AWD model is the same as the turbo model , minus the turbo.

It should be easy to find a turbo kit specifically for that engine. The Coly turbo , it depends, Colts have come with a DOCH 4G92 turbo and also a 4G61 Turbo. Both engine being 1.6. If the turbo kit is for a 4G61 which uses the same cylinder head as 2.0 4G63 yes it will work. If it is specified for the 4G92 it will not fit. But it is likely for the 4G61 engine and will fit.
