What is the quantity of oil needed at an oil and filter change for a 2002 Carisma 1.6 Mirage?

Also, what specification should the oil be? Is it 15W 40, or 10W 40?

I have downloaded the engine service manual, but it doesn't list these minor service items in it.

I have the plugs, air filter and oil filter on order, I just need to know how much oil and in what quantity.

3.8l. I have 1.6 16v,I'm using mobil 1 5w-40(Synthetic oil)
