Neither.

I tried to 360 off a curb(on my bike), which I haven't done in probably 3-4 years. I can't put a lot of pressure on it when walking, so I'm limping pretty bad.

try to be young again or accept my old age?

sounds like just a sprain. that's a common place. just ice it 2-3 times per day for 15 min each. no hardcore biking for 2-3 weeks though. an ankle brace from walmart or something wouldnt hurt either
