Hi there,

Just picked up a V6 3000 shogun '94 model, and the air-con doesn't seem
to operate. I'm sure there's supposed to be 1 or 2 relay's in the engine fuse box, but the identification on the lid has rubbed off.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram or advice on the air-con system electrics they could forward me?.

Many thanks

Update:

Manged to find enough of a wiring diagram and information to conclude that the Air con pressure switch mounted on the drier cannister is not operating. If you remove the plug and short the connection in the plug, the clutch on the compressor kicks in and engine revs change to compensate. Then to confirm check continuity between pins on the switch. Closed circuit means correct pressure in the a/c system, open circuit means to much or to little pressure. I'm sure mine has leaked over time as it has had very little use last 3 years. Waiting for aircon engineer to re-gas and check. Will keep you posted....
