well, i got pulled over the other day for doing 85 on the turnpike (65 mph). 20 over ok.... but there were people going faster then i was.... now this prick cop decides to put on his blues and pulls me, and two other cars over, one an SUV... he comes up to my window and waived the other cars by.... this in turn pissed me off... i got a 210 ticket and could lose my licance... should i contest the ticket or just pay the damn fee...? i need advice soon... i know that this has prolly happened to someone else before and i know the only reason that i got a ticket and no one else did was because of my eclipse.... just let me know if i should contest this son of bitch.... thanks :angry: :angry: :angry:

Thru personal experience... Stay away from the courthouse.

Pay it and be on your way.

but if there is a chance of losing your license,i would go to court,especially if your record isnt all that bad. you would 9 out of 10 get PBJ.....if you go to court,you dont have much more to lose,other than time if you go to court over paying the fine.....my .02 :thumbsup:

it could be posible that your tollway system has cameras that monitor the traffic. if so they may have video taped that section of road. it might not be a bad idea to go to your local DOT to find out. your proof could be on those tapes.

pay the ticket, only way you'll get away with it is if the cop is dumb n doesn't show. You won't lose it for that long dixon :D
