Drives: 2000 mitsubishi montero sport
Just bought a 2000 Montero sport about 4 days ago. I didn't receive an remote with the car. The alarm keeps going off for no reason. How can I disconnect the alarm? Please help!!!!! :blink:

Drives: mitsu
Look for a power wire connected to the battery or fuse box that does not belong there or if it is a factory alarm look for a valet switch such as a red led on the dash that can be pushed in or a toggle switch under the dash. You need the ignition on for the valet switch to work.
