ok i hope i am in the right place i posted in the new person place and they sent me to jonbonazza and i see his name alot here lol

so my question is i have a 1.8 what can i use to swap not to expensive but would generate more power also would need the tranny to go with i think mine is slipping and would just like a complete new or used setup

also what is the lashing spacing for the lifters mine are ticking a lil bit and i would like to shut them up till i can swap

also did they make a rally edition for 94 or any year eclipse

You can't swap anything into these cars without either a lot of money, a lot of fabrication, or both.

As for the tranny, I would look into rebuilding it before buying an entirely new one. If it is simply slipping, then you really just need a clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearing and have your flywheel rotated (Or possibly replaced if it is real bad). You cna get everything for under $200.
