So I am filling up my car this morning and I see this 1g AWD. Still filling up my car and he revs. I thought he was reving at me because I had my car on the pump closes to the intersection. Keeps reving and reving and reving. He even screetched his tires he was reving so much. Light turns green and what do I see? A race in the making. The 1g driver just about stalled the car and what blows past him? A black 3g and completely kick some major ass.
A little word to the wise. Just because you're turbo, doesn't mean you can kick naturally aspirated ass. :57:

Well as you said, he nearly stalled the car. golly gee wow batman, i wonder why he lost. Duh.

A 1g eclipse gsx(non modified) would light up a non-modified 3g(v-6 or not) like a pinball machine.

also, if he's awd how is he screetching the tires? I know for a fact that I can't. Most I can get is a chirp. Absolute most. And that's on a full out launch, not reving at someone at a light...

Maybe I can't drive though... :(

just b/c the 3G sounded stock doesnt mean that it was stock. he could have been spraying. if he was, he would have no problem with an stock GSX

Da Nawzzzzzzzz Dawg. I need two 10 lbs bottles, and I need them by tonight. my car topped out at 140 today. :haha:

I'm not doubting that he lost. if he bogged the launch he lost ground. now the race is from a roll, and he's starting behind. at that point unless he's making rediculous horsepower his awd is a hinderance more than a help. If he was close to stock or just BPU he would still probably be behind in wheel horsepower.

:D

I still want to know how he screetched his tires though...
