Hello I am new to this site, this is actually my brother inlaw's car. He has a 91 3000gt vr4. He was driving it the other day and it just died on him, he said that all the electrical was still working but the engine just died. Now it wont start. The engine will turn over but it sounds like it isnt getting any fuel. Could it be the fuel injection relay? Or what do you guys think?

It wouldn't be turning if the timing was broke. It would be clanking/banging/breaking and "oh ****, what was that?"

Check voltage on all your components. Battery/alternator. That's the best start. Check fuses and relays. Make sure he's getting spark.
