I had all my belts replaced in feb when I had the 60000 mile service done on my 1994 gtsl . I just noticed it making noise when I first crank it up with the A/C on . I checked the belts tention with my hand and it felt pretty tight . Could this be a result of a large amount of rainfall over the past 2 months or do I have another problem .

You can purchase belt dressing at your auto store.
Do you have power steering? If you do, check the level of it.

You can try the belt dressing, or if you pop the front drivers side tire off there's a nut or two to turn on that adjusts the tension of the A/C belt. It's really pretty easy once the tire is off.

and as for why they're sqeaking... after time new belts stretch a bit. That's pretty common. In fact if you bring it back to the place that changed the belts they may tighten it for you.

Sometimes new belts stretch and can be retightened.
