Drives: 1992 Mitsubishi RVR 2.0 twin cam

Hi Everyone, my friend has a 1992 rvr 2.0 twin cam and it goes fine but wont idle. I have turned up the idle settings and it runs/idles ok any help on what the problem could be would be greatly appreciated.
