i'm trying to find out where to get an upgraded fuel pump for my 01 eclipse. it will be used for a turbo application. or if possible, does anyone know what would be a compatible upgrade?

can i put an in-line pump after the stock pump to send fuel. it would still use the stock pump, but it will only send fuel to the in-line pump. would this suffice.

i can't find a pump for the 3g. will the 2g pump work?

yes..you have to use the one for the 2G. there isnt one made for the 3G. here is a how-to on making it work... http://www.club3g.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23630

to my knowledge, there are no aftermarket fuel pumps made for the 3G.

yup, the AAI way is the easiest and quickest way to install the walboro pump

also, is it nesessary to change the injectors, or will they support the fuel flow?

most of the guys run the stock fuel system at 5psi. some even use the stock fuel system up to 8psi. but you are taking a chance if you plan on going that high. when you start pushing the stock fuel system that, there is a chance that you would max out the fuel injectors. so if you are staying around 5psi, you can get by with the stock fuel injectors. but why would you want to take a chance like that?

thanks. i'm just looking at what i can get away with for now until i get more money. i'm going to install the 255 pump and see how that works.
