Hi to all members. This is my first post on this forum. I did go through the titles of previous posts but did not find any info regarding this subject.

I am looking for a used ECU code reader for my 1991 3000 GTSL. I did look through the E-bay listings but nothing specific. All ideas and suggestions will be appreciated. It appears that only the dealers have them.

ok, yeah, autozone or pepboys or some local auto parts store should have a reader. Autozone will usually check and clear "check engine lights" for free around here.

either that, or if you are looking for something a bit more serious...

This logger is the bomb. you will need a palm to upload the software to, and the cord to connect to the ECU port. You can clear check engine lights, and monitor pretty much everything that the ECU sees.

Also do various checks with injectors and fans and what not.

I believe there are also a few free download engine monitoring software stuff out there. require a laptop or a palm to use.

such ass MMC, or tunerstien. I don't have any experience with those, though. I do with Shiver's logger, and it's sweet. damn sweet.
