Problem! what could cause the battery going flat within 4 days of a long drive. The car was parked in the garage with every thing turned off and it has gone flat again. The car was bought in Dec 2001 and already we have replaced the battery, now the new one is going flat. Could there be a problem in the electronics which is flatening the battery? or have I come across 2 dud batteries??

lots of little bits could be giving you this problem. are you sure the altenator is healthy? is it charging at all, or over charging? have you done anything to the car? ie: install large stereo system? are you darn sure your not leaving a light on in the cabin, trunk, under hood? Does it go completely dead, or do the lights still turn on, it just doesn't have enough power to turn the car over?

I'm gonna stop here and wait for more info... :57:
