 Oil Use In A L300 4g54, How can I fix it?

Hi all I have a L300 Express Van in Australia 4g54 on LPG 214,000 KMS burns oil and 1.5 lts per 600 km's every thing else good Any idea how to fix it I think it may be valve stem seals Has any body fixed them leaving the head on? Thanks

stem seals can be replaced without taking the head off but are you sure that is the cause of the problem. get the head serviced properly there will be a lot of baked on oil deposits on the valves and it will perform better.
Oil leaks?
if it was mine rebuild time ..
