i will look for some instructions, but in the mean time, i will tell you this. there is really no reason for an a/f ratio gauge. all it is going to do is bounce back and forth whenever the ECU is running in closed loop(which is usually between 1%-75% throttle). only in open loop(above 75% throttle to WOT) will it show a reading, and most of the time, that reading isnt very accurate.

i thought you had an SAFC?

if you will notice in the install directions for the SAFC that i posted in your other thread, there is a "blue wire" fix. this 'fix' will allow the SAFC to read the voltage from the O2 sensor. the higher the voltage, the richer you are running.

using a narrowband o2 sensor is not the best way to tune your car. you need to have a dyno run(using a wideband O2) to see where you are running lean and rich in the powerband and then using the SAFC to tune it. you could also use a wideband o2(from a dyno) to check the accuracy of the narrowband o2. then if your narrowband o2 is accurate, then you could more effectively tune with it(knowing that its accurate).

wiring into the o2 is only going to give you a numeric voltage readout.
