How many PSU owners are there here that have the DVD player? I was curious how you liked them how are they performing and if you have had any problems with them ie: vibration noise, intermittent power loss etc.

There were some issues that we dealt with in plant in early 03 for model year 04 concerning the above mentioned. Most of the first units with dvd players went to Canada, guess they liked them better.

Anyone else experienced any other ongoing problems with their PSU?

I need to ask why you list your car as you do, can you explain why?

Hi!

I'm was searching the forums looking for info on the Ves DVD in my 2004.5 Endeavor. Although the remote still works, the previous owner has removed the headphones and IR transmitter that goes with them. I'm pretty sure I can't get them aftermarket and dealer parts only sells the entire unit.

Do you happen to know the original manufacturer? Do you think it might be possible to purchase just the IR Transmitter for the DVD Headphones and the ribbon cable to attach it?

I appreciate any help you can provide.

All the best! dd
