Drives: 1980 Dodge D50 Mitsubishi
I rebuilt a Solex Mikuni carb on a 1980 Dodge D50. Did this about 6 years ago with no problems. Now there isn't any gas getting to the barrells. There is gas getting to the bowl but that's it. In rebuilding could I have put a diaphram in backward and if so which one would it be? In the mornings is when this happens. I can dump gas in the barrel to get it started and it will be ok the rest of the day. I can turn it off, do something, come back in a few hours and it starts right up.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

im not familiar with that specific carb,but it sounds to me like an exellerator pump
diaphram.some folks call it a dashpot i guess it depends where you live.
