So late last friday night i went into a gas station to buy a case of beer. When i walk inside this goofy looking kid immediatley asks what year my eclipse is (he saw me pull up apparently) I told him it's a 98' GS. He then asks if it's turbo and i say again "It's a 98 GS" He gets a blank look on his face and then points out the window at his car.... a primer grey bondo covered toyota (not even sure what model it was, looked like an early 90's corrola) with what looked like a home made body kit (with chicken wire as the grill). He told me "That's my car, it does a 9 second quarter mile." I supressed a chuckle and said in a sarcastic voice "Wow, that's very nice." I grabbed my beer and left, as i walked to my car i took a quick look at his.....muffler dragging on the ground and an oil puddle the size of a tortilla. If that car will do a 9 second quarter mile then i'm the lord Jesus Christ :amen:
