junior year of highschool:

highschool starts at 8:00 am on the dot, I go out to start my car, nothin, I call up my friend he picks me up at about 7:45, school is 20 minutes away goin the speed limit. He's in his eagle premier p.o.s., but we're flyin down the backroads pushin 100, get closer to the school and go to slow down, cop comes outta nowhere, he clocked us going 55 in a school zone, thank god, a few seconds earlier and it would have been 90+, ticket was 110 or something, who cares wasn't my ticket. by the way we would have been on time if it weren't for the cop.

senior year of highschool:
my 95 neon had a clogged catalytic converter, way past backfiring, it'd get bogged down and not start, so I rip it off, am running my exhaust right off the manifold then a big space then my exhaust pipe, until my new cato came in the mail, everything "looked" right from a passer by, but the sound was similar to a top fuel dragster, hahaha, anyways, late at night I am driving down the local yocal highway and I see a cop has pulled someone over, I idle past<sounds like a regular car at redline> then take off once I get about 200 feet away, get to about 70 and my radar goes nuts, I slow down to 55 and notice the cop in my rear view mirror, pulls me over. alls I remember is "SON, that is the WORST sounding exhaust I have heard in my seven years as a police officer, you HAVE to know that's illegal, I'm giving you 1 week to fix it or I'm ticketing you"

bahahahahaha, cato came in 2 days later and never heard from the cop again

Lol,ive never had a ticket but speed all the time,The police in ireland arent really the brightest and you can spot them miles off, that and the fact theirs only 1 patrol car in the surrounding 20km means im really unlikely to ever see them anyway.

Was going from Boise, Idaho to Portland, Oregon. If you have ever lived in or know someone who lives in Oregon you would know the cops are a$$hats and the fines are brutal. But even in the face of such staggering odds I was doing 110mph down the interstate (would have been a $740 fine) and i see the local oregon highway patrol, i layed on the breaks pretty hard and luckily got clocked doing 88mph (speed limit is 65) and when he issued me the ticket he dropped it to 85 which made it $237 instead of $500. When i got back to boise i called the courthouse in Oregon and told them that aside from this ticket i had a clean record so they dropped it down to $178. And what did i learn from this you ask? Not a **** thing!!

dont be bashing OR cops! i got pulled for passing 5 cars in a group of traffic (the middle one was a cop!), on a 2lane 55mph highway without using my blinker, and i was tached out in 3rd gear doing 120mph+ (darn speedo only goes by tens so im never sure). took the cop 10 miles to catch me and when he did catch up, it was because i was unaware of him and had slowed down in a little town to 30 in a 25. he came up behind me at about 90 or so in his big truck. pulls me over and long story short i get off. funny side note though, when he saw that im in the air force, he asked "Are you a fighter pilot?" i said, "No, sir, im a fire fighter." his reply: "oh, well you drive like you're used to flying about mach 2!" hehe.

so anyways... been pulled 16 times for speeding with no tickets, and 1 time for exhibition of speed and got myself a ticket when i wasnt even guilty!

This isn't about a speeding ticket but It was a ticket nonetheless. About a week ago my friend was on his way to my apartment to help me move a wall unit to my new place. On his way to my apartment he was pulled over by a local narcotics unit officer. upon searching his car they found 1/8 of high grade marijuana and a glock .45 handgun with 2 clips and hollowpoint bullets. Now the gun was legal because he has a florida ccw license. The pot wasn't. My friend was honest with the narcotics officer and the officer wrote him a $150 dollar ticket for possesion of cannabis. Just a ticket didn't handcuff him or take him to jail or anything, just wrote him a ticket and was on his way. When I lived in NJ if you were found with marijuana in your posession even less than a gram you were arrested and booked. Has anyone ever heard of a pot ticket before?

haha. I'd prolly do the same. :-)
ok, I didnt get a ticket.. but this is rediculous
me and a friend are on the way to my friends house. it's 11:00pm on a friday night. I've just moved to NC and still have my TN tags... I pull infront of my friends house and decide that instead of going right in, we want to smoke a bowl first. We pull around the coldisack and start driving and turn off on another road in his neighborhood. I notice a car behind me so i turn to another street and then the red/blue lights come on. I crunch of the coke can bowl i made and hadn't packed yet and throw it under the seat. He tells me that I was pulling in and out of driveways at 11:00 at night with a TN tag and that looks suspicious.... Ok. I've had my encounter with **** cops cause i'm a skateboarder.. but wtf? I told him i only turned around in the coldisack and he insisted that i was wrong and he watched me pull into 3 different drive ways... He couldnt do anything about that so then he tells me my car is regeistered as a white 91 nissan sentra and asks why it's red. I say "Well officer, i bought it as a RED 91 Nissan Sentra so my guess is that the previous owners wanted a RED 91 nissan sentra instead of a WHITE 91 nissan sentra. May i please continue to my destination, sir?" he looked quite pissed and followed me all the way back to my friends house untill we got out of the car and walked into the house... Effing pigs need to lighten up. whatev's. It was a Narc cop too and he had a dog... thank god he didnt walk the dog around the car... half-0's dont come across a cop to lightly :-)

not a ticket for me but the guy that was chasing me. going down the hway and this guy just rode my bumper and I mean it was close about 2 or 3 feet. I'm wondering what I did to piss him off. So I put it to the floor and got er up to about 110 and he was tryin to keep up. Keep in mind I was in the slow lane and he had moved over into the fast lane. I saw a hypo and slammed on the brakes. The other guy blew by me doing at least 95 or so. After he passed me I looked in my mirror and saw the cop making a ue. That guy didn't even see the cop and he never let off. That cop blew by me doing warp 9.5 and nailed him. That just goes to show that if you are in the right place and slam on the brakes at the right time with the right car beside you then the cop will think that he clocked him not you.
