alright, first time post:

i've been thinking about taking those pos "reflectors" off the front underneath the parking lights and wiring up double foglights to put in their place. yes, i know that no state allows more than one set of fog lights on any particular vehicle, i just think it would look **** to see a bank of lights running down both sides of the car at night.

back to the topic, i haven't been able to find anything in catalogs or on the internet regarding this. i have a 2000, so all three slots in the bumper are the same size (i.e. parking light-size / shape). maybe i could get clear lenses for the parking lights to do the job?

and my gs didn't come with foglights; the **** who owned it before me put in some cheap lights that he wired to a switch underneath the dash. (he also used 12ga wire too for some reason.) but i'm pretty sure the built-in foglamp button on the dash doesn't have a detente position, so i could jury-rig a homemade 3-way switch using a radio shack ic chip to toggle off, 1-on, 2-on, etc.

or maybe before i launch a project i should fix the sunroof judder and the missing glove compartment handle and the trunk lid woes first... :/

any thoughts?

wow umm a whole lot to read good ideas...word of advice for someone who made the mistake first....fix current problems before tackling new ideas. You could always get the fog light idea up and running at any time....(sounds kinda cool different concept, just hope u have kind polic officers where u live), but definetly fix the exsisting problems first ...just my opinion.
