well...it's pretty much all the way undone...[happend on a long trip so i couldn't get it fixed before the thread pulled as far as it did].

anyway....they tell me here the only way to fix it is to completely exchange the whole convertible top. that doesnt' make any sense to me.

Anyone with a simular problem? Or maybe some cheaper alternative?

call the dealership...any custom auto shops in town....ect...ect....you should be able to get that put back in..... :57:

In the dealers words you need a new top but an upholstery shop can probably repair it.
