1992 mighty max was running great and stopped to get gas, and it would not star back. It turns over but isn't getting any fire. When I starterd the truck before this, the check engine light would come on for a min., but now it doesn't and a light that says REOD comes on. I hope someone can give me some kind of direction to go to fix this problem.

I had a simmiler problem on a 91' mighty max check the computer it controls spark these computers are natorious for a chip that burns cost if I remember about $250.00 to have the computer repaired that was removing and installing it myself in the truck. You can remove the computer on the passenger side corner under the dash, then remove the back on the computer look for a burn spot on the board. The auto wrecker I went to had about 10 sitting on the counter and were all burned.
