sorry that i keep posting about small things wrong with my car but i really dont know much about it and i dont have a manuel or the money to buy one since i heard they were like 100 so this is my cheapest way of learning :) on my way home today just from the store i hit both my windows down from my door and didnt notice til i got home that the passenger window didnt go down. i drove 4 hours to blackburg va yesterday and it worked all day, and its never had a problem since i got the car. but when i got in my driveway it wouldnt move by either my control of passenger side control? how can i fix it, how much will it cost, and how much work will it take to do it?

check fuses and report back.

some under the hood, some by the drivers left foot. not sure which ones control windows.

Thigpen,

It sounds to me like your window regulator went bad. The window regulator is the motor assembly that moves your window up and down. The regulators on these cars are not the greatest in the world and I had the problem you are having twice (once for each window). This is an eassy do it yourself fix and should only take about 15min if you have an extra person to help hold the window up while you replace the part. A new regulator will set you back about $174.65. The OEM part number for this part is MB641281 (left/passanger window regulator for 1994 3000GT). Look in my on-line garage and I've posted diagrams of what the part looks like for your info. Hope this helps.

i got it, thanks tho. i let my friend drive home and he hit the window lock button and scared me because the driver window still went up and down and when he hit the passenger window it wouldnt move and i completely forgot i even had window lock then the next day i drove it i hit the button and presto it worked. thanks for the help tho. ill smack my friend for you.

Dang, I forgot about that little window lock button. Happens to me all the time, they should have placed that thing in the glove box instead of the door. That way, when the glove box lock fails you'll never have to worry about the window lock again.
