Stupidity is how one does that. Either by inducing an alien substance to the blood stream, or just being plain stupid. In the picture there is snow on the side of the roads, so maybe going to fast, hit some black ice and ohhhhh @#$@#!

i say the picture has been photoshopped. the eclipse is very heavy. it seems that only the front end is in the ditch. theres no way that it could hold the car that high off the ground. also notice there is NO damage anywhere.

if the car is really like that, the person would have to have the car wedged into the ditch. to do that, they would have to be traveling at a high rate of speed(atleast 60mph). at that speed, there is NO WAY that there is absolutely no damage to the front fender. it would be buckled if that picture were true.

also notice the snow under the car. if the car had skidded into the ditch, there would be tire tracks in the snow. the snow looks totally unmoved.

Nope not photoshopped. go on the website www.wreckedexotics.com They don't allow photoshopped pictures on the site all the pictures are taken by police/fire personel or first responders. The site filters pictures sent by non state/federal agencies. Any pictures that are submitted by the general public are checked to assure that they were not photoshopped. As you can see in the front of the picture the ditch on the side of the road changes direction and curves forming a 90 degree angle hiding the front of the car. Just follow the way the fence curves. The front of the car is not smashed and dug into the ground. The ditch is deep enough that when the front end of the car went into it the rear tires lifted off the ground. This can be achieved at a speed as slow as a roll. In florida with all the flooding you see this all the time when someone doesn't notice that what they are driving over isnt a puddle but a ditch. they end up with a front end submerged and the back of the car about 5-8 feet off the ground. Im a volunteer firefighter and when we get one of these calls we have between 2-3 guys push down on the back of the car like a seesaw and pull the car out of the ditch.
My Webpage
If this car had gone straight into the ditch like the eclipse it would cause the same seesaw effect.

no where does it say that you can't send them photoshopped pictures. no where does it say that a majority of these pictures come from pictures taken by firefighters, police, or ambulance workers.

Ok then submit a photoshopped picture and lets see if they post the picture. Notice you cannot directly upload pictures onto the site they have to be emailed. Once you email them they are reviewed and checked for authenicity. I know the process because I have submitted before. who do you think are the first people on scene to be able to take those photos? soccer moms? Go to an accident scene next time you see one and start taking pictures. Odds are you won't walk away with that film still in your camera.

What I'm saying is from my experience being on accident scenes first hand is that there is nothing abnormal about the way that car is sitting in the ditch. I also feel that if someone was going to waste the time photoshopping an accident why would they make it to look like something that is a common daily occurence. If I was gonna photo shop it the car would be on fire with a persons face looking out the window. something creative

you have a point but also look at the back tire it has snow on them, also right next to the road you can see that snow/ice has been moved at the angle of which the car would have came

the snow can be put on the tire. i do see a the dirt on the road but its not at the same angle that the car would have been going

if they did that, it wouldn't be believable.

I can't believe someone would photoshop a picture to make it look like someone drove into a ditch. It happens countless times in a day all across the world. This is what happens when you drive into a deep enough ditch

people do this for a living. people do this for fun. for somebody who has alot of experience with photoshop, it wouldn't take very long to do it.

why would somebody do it? so it would be posted on a website and everybody would think its real.

lets say that I was the one who PS'ed the picture. if i was able to convince people that it was real, it would make me feel really good inside to know that I am that good that i can make a fake picture look real. that would be enough of a reason to do it.

i figured i would post a few PS'ed pictures of cars. The guy that did these is one of the best that i have ever seen. heres his site....
