If you take your time, and find a nice one, it will be a nice car.

pretty standard for a car closing in on ten years old.

60k maintanence must be done. not optional.

check the transfer case.

ask for all service receipts.

as with any car, if you want reliability, leave it stock, and maintain it correctly, believe it or not (usually people forget or just dont care) there are many other fluids in a car than just the oil, take care of it, and it will be fine, if you want a 3s to be fast, dont chince out on it, and it will be fine, I found this out the hard way and ended up spending more money in the long run....... not on the car, but on the crappy parts that I bought afterwards, and had to replace anyways when they broke/failed, but if you want reliability, keep it stock, and it will be reliable as long as you maintain it.......
