....It looks good, much better than the U.S or thai 9g's but it still isnt good enough to sell in japan or Europe!!!My main dealer has told me that he knows for a fact a new galant, albeit with a different name is heading to europe within 2 years.

Hey Evo9

I'm hoping you can answer something for me. Is the 380 AWD (like the Magna it replaces) or RWD? I can't find the answer anywhere. Also, if you missed the last episode of Top Gear, get your hands on a copy. Clarkson raced an EVO 8 against a Lamborghini Murcielago. The Evo won. Incidentally, how long is this EVO thing going to continue? Is some lucky bloke going to fly his new EVO 500 out of a dealership on Mars someday?

Thanks

Well Wayward the 380 is fwd only at this stage it depends on how sucsessful it is before they decide to make an awd model or not, the budgets pretty tight at the moment, the Magna was mainly produeced in fwd, awd became an option from about 2003.

As for the EVO your guess is as good as mine, i suppose as long as people buy them and Mitsubishi runs in group n rally they will go on for ever.

First time I saw the pre-release pics, I shook my head, and thought to myself "If that's what they're replacing the Magna with, the place will be shut down by mid 2008"

Unfortunately I was right
