it has been done many times, turbos, manifolds, ecu, injectors, downpipe, precats, fuel pump from tt, or supra or walboro, also, you dont have to lower the compression if you want to run about 6psi, and another thing, all the n/a blocks were 2 bolt, and the 1st gen tt blocks were 2 bolt, I know people are gonna try to object this point, but 2 bolts spin bearings a lot more often than 4 bolts, if you can get the stuff really cheap, do it, if not, sell your n/a and get a tt, also, if you do a fwd tt, you need to get better motor mounts to prevent wheel hop, it breaks transmissions, I am probably missing some stuff, someone can elaborate for me

I also noticed that you mentioned converting to AWD.

you have now gone out of the realm of experience of 100% of this board. perhaps someday someone will come on and talk about it, but as of today, there are only a few people on 3si.org that have done it. They will all tell you it is far cheaper to sell the FWD and buy an AWD.

hope that helps. good luck with whatever you decide.
