hai... i just want to remove the speed cut at my ecu without used any device. i used 4g63t evo 2. any one can help me help?

Apparently there are a couple of wires on back of speedo gauges that can be disconnected. Try a google search on 'Magnum Prestege' Rangiora. New Zealand. Email a guy called Gary Cliff & ask him.
A cheap Gizzmo chip is a good option if he can't help.
