hi folks new to this so here goes,my 1.6carisma 2000model has developed a whine in the gearbox you hear it at lows speeds and is very annoying is this a problem with them and do uyou think it might be the diff bearings,can i put some additives into the box to quieten things down and what bolts can i remove to do this ,aldo when it starts from cold it revs to 2500 until it warms up seems a bit high to me and at tick over drops to 500 any ideas?
